How soon can I get an appointment?
We do our best to schedule within the same week. For urgent needs, we’ll work with you to find the earliest possible time that fits your schedule.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the extent of the project. Average is 4 - 7 days. we make sure the paint dry's with a full 24 hour cure time.
Do I need to prepare anything before service?
Yes, before coming to drop off your vehicle bring in your vehicle to the Chrome Truck Wash (this is required) and tell them you are going to be dropping your car off at Apex Bed & Chasses and they will know what to do, we’ll handle the rest.
Is the process safe for my vehicle?
Yes. Laser rust removal is non-abrasive, chemical-free, and highly precise, it won’t damage surrounding components.
What types of vehicles do you service?
We work on cars, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. Both individual vehicles and fleet services are available.
Do you offer welding or coating prep?
We prepare metal surfaces for welding, powder coating, or paint by precisely removing rust, paint, and contaminants. We do not offer any welding services.
Do you offer sandblasting?
No. Sandblasting leaves media that traps moisture, its more expensive, and dissasembly is required. Laser removal is the better option and we provide it!
Can laser rust removal prevent rust from coming back?
Rust is a chemical reaction. Once it has been removed at the microscopic level and sealed with epoxy the likelihood of it returning is extremely low.
Will my frame look brand new after service?
While older damage can’t always be reversed (like pitting), laser cleaning restores metal to bare steel and makes surfaces ready for protective finishing, giving your chassis a much longer lifespan. If there is a problem, we will be sure to call you.
